Finally after a long search and flashing finally found the file that was needed to flash X96Q tv device box that is runing on H313 hardware chip flashing is easy using phonix flash tool or may be with card flasher as well. file is image format can easy flash with both tools. tested version on h313 x96q. android 10 version with working youtube more about size and details are here.
