I recently update tab e model T561 to os 6.0 cyonogen 13 with full google support you can update etab Samsung version to this os i dint find any bug 1 hour use no issue yet found, update for zoom classed and teams classes that is online after covid drama, classes are online now a days so 4.4 was the official firmware version of your etab so custom update may needed. here you have to first flash custom recovery which is twrp and then copy rom to internal memory or sd card also on otg then flash it from twrp ill upload a video soon as well till then try yourself ...
