Add partition or remove partition in windows without losing data or reinstallation, also without formatting data drive etc, procedure is simple no need of any tool software patach survey or blah blah just need a smart brain. from device manager select disk management and chose the drive you would like to increase or decrease partition size if beginner just follow me in the video below.
