Universal error in all Lenovo laptops say fan error or time and date settings error ,,, lets fix this error it normally cause due to bad bios 

1. one method is to take out the bios cmos cell and turn it on after that press f1 set time and date and done

2. second method is to do a full service of your laptop clean fan and change the bios paste also change cmos cell then res assemble it and this error fix it works for me as well
when your f1 key wont display and error comes do above procedure

3. third method is to update the bios version from there official web according to the device model download the specific bios update if no update re install current bios version this will also fix this error 

Lenovo is third world brand like Hp and other devices thats why these stupid error keeps on disturbing you .. after fixing these error i recommend sale these device and buy some dell coz they wont disturb you like this .... best of luck
