PS3 officail update 5.84

hi! today i came up with official update file of all ps3 versions ..
i tried to install a firmware in ps3 that is soft brick from the file that have been provided by sony in there official web site but that file when i try to flash it wont flash at all error keeps on saying

it keep on coming same error all the time i try to download different from different browser
try different usb drive but still same error so
this is the firmware that flash on my ps3 to patch its files and run in to normal mode
download the psupdate file from link free and flash it from usb same procedure that is used to flash from usb
