Solution it wont flash in ruu mode in fastboot mode i cant flash custom recovery if i flash i cant open custom recovery the only solution i found and fix this devices is to flash this update file it was very easy to flash.

you just need to download the zip file and place it in this root of your sd card once you have dont that
you need to goto bootloader mode
power of your device remove battery place battery back with cover
now keep pressing vol down key and press power key keep press both until you see bot loader screen
now do nothing it ill do itself
