you have to flash the device in bootlaoder mode
and the this mod you need to flash it with flash boot command
put the device in bootlaoder mode run the command
flashboot devices
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot reboot

dont forget to place the boot.img in the the root of abd and fastboot folder
