In this is simple way to make mp server on lan network after installing gta san andrea install path on same location where you install the game.
after patching it extract the lan folder in same location after extract open server config file in note pad and change few things first change sever name then change password and in lan change 0 to 1 save the file now open mp and add your server using your ip
if you cant find ip open cmd and type ip config you ill get you ip.
file i already upload which are working fine so if you still cant make watch this tutorial it work fine
