One of the best game we have play in past year on servers with so many nice players on gerena etc, here will unlock the multiplayer profile for this game so we can play with all gun and attachments whats in this tool.

Download the package extract it copy the two files form it and paste in one by one
first copy reg paste it in the root of COD 4 folder, paste profile in player folder, click on registry after pasting in root to get the key, run it then
enjoy all done...
