Hold vol down and press power button
on vibration remove finger from power button keep holding vol down
there option will come on screen
recovery, fastboot and reboot
now use vol up or down to chose n power to select
select recovery from it and in recovery
wipe factory settings
wipe partition
and reboot
in some model vol up and power is the combination if vol down show Chinese language
