Download and install trial version of adobe Photoshop cs6 without Adobe ID then download extract it any where copy the extracted file according to your windows version 32 or 64 bit where you install the Adobe Photoshop cs6, make sure adobe is close during this copy and replace the old file.next step is to change the language from dutch, french, etc any language to universal English language no language pack require just a same trick goto adobe location like this
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS6\Locales\es_MX\Support Files

tw10428 and rename it to tw10428.bak by just type .bak and in 7 click yes if admin rights. now open adobe it should be activated and English version ..........enjoy
