Root and recovery for samsung gt s7262 which is called samsung star pro so here is the procedure to root and install custom recovery which allows you to install any custom rom and modified your original rom as well
extract it any where if windows xp install drivers from samsung page
then open odin click pda button find the recovery tar file and flash it in download mode
for download mode power off the device press vol down menu adn power till you seen the menu now press continue and connect the cable odin will be in blue color which tells that device connected.flash that tar restart your device or remove battery.
now place the super use in the device or sd card power off the device again now goto recovery mode
for recovery mode press meu vol up and power till you seen android now find the super user and flash it like normally done restart the device you will see the superuser or su icon in menu means your rooted
