first download the file the exract it to any where open odin click pda slect pda file from exracted folder.
put you cellphone in download mode by pressing vol down home and power key togther until dwonload mode come press vol up and connect the cable odin will detect yor phone if you donw have dtivers download it elese if genuin windows 7 it ill download itself you ill see blue conect icon chceck only auto rebot and reset option now press start you phone will rebot in sec dont worry it ill take few min and restart by installing binary and super user donw rooted s4 active
